Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in the original VIOLET GREY packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional gifts if applicable.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep a copy of your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
